Problem
The website lacked a clear brand story, which made it harder for users to connect with Elizee. Missing founder storytelling, broken links that reduced trust, and outdated reviews created friction in the journey. To improve credibility and engagement, I surfaced comfort technology earlier in the flow and moved refreshed reviews higher on the homepage so users could access them faster.
Product Page
01
Comfort Technology Highlight
Highlighted the comfort insole technology to communicate the brand's key differentiator early, reassure users, and reduce uncertainty about heel comfort.

Homepage
02
Guided Product Discovery
Added an Explore Collections section to guide users quickly to product categories, reduce browsing friction, and improve discovery from the homepage into shopping flows.

Restructured
Reduced homepage banners from 7 to 3 so users can scroll less and quickly see key content like the brand story, founder, and best-selling styles.
Desire to purchase luxury items
Customers rely on reviews, user-generated content, or press features for credibility.

Improving Content Discovery (Planned Implementation)
Combined Our Story with craftsmanship content due to low engagement, allowing users to access both through a single click.

Research
The first step was to analyze the existing website through interviews. I had to interview internal teams to validate my assumptions and competitive analysis.
Building Trust
Consistency signals professionalism. If the site is meticulous, buyers believe the product will be too.
Building credibility
Customers rely on reviews, user-generated content, or press features for credibility.

Brand Association
To blend comfort, craftsmanship, lifestyle, and validation into one coherent narrative.
